There are so many elements involved in the making of your very own c.d., money being the obvious. Apart from that there is the emotion, time, creative highs, creative lows, all adding up to a little healthy emotion we call stress. Today I just feel totally wiped out. I think we all felt wiped out juggling practice, last minute c.d. details, and our regular day jobs all the week prior to the release. We got a lot of press which is good. We were expecting more of a turnout considering the flyering and press we got. regardless people were there to see us play, and we didn't just have a bunch of people not paying attention or just going through the motions. All eyes and eyes were on us. <br /><br />So where do we go from here? I begin to ask myself this question. With such a great c.d. well I guess we just want to play more shows and get it to as many people as possible. We are selling it on amazon.com for those who don't live in San Antonio and for those that are overseas. Other times it can be discouraging when nobody is paying attention. But I think we would all play music alone or in front of 500 people. although 500 people might be really asking for it. I felt nervous last night in front of 25 people, all eyes on you. So again, what's better the chicken or the egg? The double edged sword is what life seems to be most all of the time these days. I think after all the excitement of last night and anticipation gone, I'm feeling a bit low.
